The project aims to enhance the professional, digital, and sustainability-related competences of 20 students through a three-week work-based learning placement in a real working environment in Spain, to develop their language and intercultural skills in a multicultural context, and to establish a sustainable international partnership in the field of vocational education and training, contributing to the modernisation of education and the improvement of VET quality.
The project will be implemented in response to the need to enhance students’ professional, digital, and innovative skills through work in a real production environment. It will also address the need to develop students’ language and intercultural competences and to expand international partnerships in vocational education and training.
