The main objective of the project is to improve learners’ professional skills through practical training in an international environment. The project aims to develop vocational, digital, green and intercultural competences, enhance employability and integrate the acquired experience into the organisation’s educational practice.
The organisation applied for this project to address the gap between theoretical education and the real labour market needs in the fields of logistics and customs administration. The mobility in Türkiye provides learners with practical experience in a real business environment, which cannot be fully achieved within a school-based context.
