Objectives

Our objectives are to provide conditions for the development of practical vocational competences through work-based learning in a real EU labour market environment. We aim to improve the quality and scope of language and communication skills, develop key “soft” competences (organizational, mathematical, communication, digital, and social skills), strengthen awareness of diverse socio-cultural norms, and support students with special educational needs.

Background

The need for this project arises from the necessity to strengthen practical vocational education for students in technical fields related to energy and high technologies. Some modern equipment and real work environments are difficult to provide under regular school conditions. The project creates opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience, develop key and social competences, and engage with innovative topics such as renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
