The main objective of the project is to enhance the professional, digital and language competences of students through short-term mobility in a real European working environment. Through their participation, students will put what they have learned into practice and develop key skills for future employment. The project also aims to increase the capacity of teachers through job shadowing, as well as to sustainably improve the quality of vocational training in the school.
SUE "Al. S. Pushkin" - Varna applies for the project because the development of the professional class "Internet Applications Organizer", specialty "Electronic Commerce", requires a real connection between school education and practice. In a school environment, students acquire theoretical knowledge, but access to real work processes, modern technologies and European standards is limited. The project addresses the need for students to gain practical experience in a real-world work environment.
