The main objective of the project is to enhance learners’ professional competences in fashion, hairdressing and beauty services through practice in a real European work environment. The project aims to develop innovative skills, sustainable design approaches, CAD/CAM competences, as well as foreign language and intercultural skills, and to support the internationalisation of the school through sustainable partnerships.
The project was developed in response to the need to modernise vocational education at PGTMD Varna and the limited local opportunities to work with innovation and new technologies. By involving an Italian partner, the project provides access to European good practices in sustainable fashion, digitalisation, hairdressing and beauty services, while enhancing learners’ professional, linguistic and intercultural competences.
