The project aims to enhance the professional, digital and transversal skills of students through real work practice in a European environment related to the green and digital transition. Additionally, it aims to develop the capacity of pedagogical staff to implement inclusive, motivating and practice-oriented approaches, as well as to long-term improve the quality of VET in the school.
We applied for this project to address key challenges in vocational education – limited access to modern production practice, insufficient digitalization, weak connection with the real work environment and low student motivation. The high share of students from vulnerable groups requires targeted inclusive measures. Erasmus+ provides an effective tool for modernization and sustainable development.
