Through this project, we aim to enhance vocational education and training by enriching the daily practice either for students and teachers. Students will acquire practical, professional, and “green” skills, gain insight into real European work environments, and improve their employability. Teachers will develop new methodological and professional competences, implement innovative approaches, and strengthen the connection between the educational process and the needs of the labour market.
We applied for this project to address the gap between theoretical education in schools and the rapidly changing demands of the European labour market. Our main motivation is to modernise vocational education and transform it into an environmentally sustainable ecosystem. Through mobility activities, students will gain access to modern and green technologies, while teachers will update their teaching methods through the exchange of good practices with European partners.
