The project aims to: - Improve the practical skills and readiness for the labor market of students studying banking and accounting through internship of 25 students and 3 accompanying teachers in a Maltese company. - Increase the professional and digital qualifications of VET teachers through the participation of 5 teachers in 2 qualification courses. - Strengthen the relevance and effectiveness of the educational content in banking and accounting for adaptation to the labor market.
We are applying for the project to develop the professional competencies of teachers and the practical skills of students in the field of banking and accounting through working in a high-tech environment and participating in innovative qualification courses. The project will promote inclusive education, digital literacy and critical thinking and support the transformation of TG into a sustainable digitally oriented institution, preparing students for new professions in the field of finance.
