Upgrading competences in relation to quality management in VET through the design and integration of practically applicable models, borrowed from good European practices, related to control and assessment of the quality of activities offered by licensed centers, improving the partnership model with employer organizations and the process for validating non-formal and informal learning.
NAVET initiated this project to develop and upgrade the skills and competencies of the team related to the effective implementation of the ongoing reform of the VET system in Bulgaria, aimed at synchronizing it with the requirements of the labor market. The project proposal is in line with the principles and priorities set out in the Herning Declaration (2023), emphasizing the key role of VET for economic competitiveness, sustainable development and social inclusion in Europe.
