Our goal is to strengthen the digital, professional, and sustainable skills of 30 participants through training mobilities in Belgium and the Czech Republic. This is driven by our desire to improve the quality of vocational training, strengthen the international orientation of participants, and integrate European good practices into our programs. Through the project, we will create a sustainable basis for long-term improvement of the practical orientation and European added value of training.
The project responds to the need to strengthen the digital and green skills of our participants and modernize vocational training in line with European standards. Some participants are people with fewer opportunities and limited access to international learning. The project will provide a European learning environment and support the internationalization of the organization and future European cooperation.
