The implementation of the project will motivate the adoption of good practices, new forms of tourism services in our country in comparison with Spain. It will: -form skills through "doing"; -support their personal and professional development; -increase confidence and motivation to develop in their chosen profession; -increase their awareness and interest in the target sector and motivate them to continue their education in this field; -promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme
20 students from the Restaurant and Chef professions will do an internship in Cordova, where they will: -upgrade their skills in working with modern, high-tech equipment; -learn about working conditions and material and resource conservation policies; -the types of local tourism and the tourist services offered; -learn about the culinary and cultural traditions, ethnic diversity of the host country; -increase communicative competences and adapt to work in a multicultural environment.
