The project aims to enhance the professional competences and competitiveness of 15 students through participation in a structured international mobility in an IT environment. We seek to develop project-based working skills, the use of modern software tools and effective communication in English in a professional context. At the same time, we aim to modernise the Applied Programming training by integrating European practices and establishing a sustainable international partnership.
The school provides vocational education in Applied Programming but operates in a small municipality with limited access to real IT environments and international professional networks. Despite having a modern STEM infrastructure, students need practical experience in a European context. The project is a natural step towards increasing their competitiveness and linking education more closely to labour market requirements.
