Our project “Voices for Inclusion: Challenging Islamophobia, Xenophobia, and Stereotypes” aims to empower young people from different countries to become active promoters of inclusion, peace, and mutual understanding. The project aims to achieve clear educational and developmental outcomes for young people through structured youth work practice and non-formal education. By implementing this Youth Exchange, the project seeks to create a safe and inclusive learning space where young people from diverse social, cultural, and geographical backgrounds can reflect on their attitudes, experiences, and behaviors related to Islamophobia, xenophobia, stereotyping, and discrimination. The primary objectives are to strengthen participants’ social and civic competences by developing skills in intercultural communication, empathy, dialogue, critical thinking, and peaceful conflict resolution through experiential learning methods such as facilitated dialogue, role-play, storytelling, and peer learning.Additionally, the project also aims to empower young people as active learners and contributors by involving them meaningfully in reflection, evaluation, and follow-up activities, supporting their personal development, self-confidence, and sense of belonging. A further objective is to improve inclusive youth work practices by ensuring the participation of young people with fewer opportunities through tailored support measures and safe-space facilitation. Also, it Supports participants in designing and implementing youth-led initiatives and campaigns. At organizational level, the project aims to enhance youth workers’ capacity to address sensitive topics responsibly and educationally, using tested non-formal methodologies, safeguarding measures, and evaluation tools. Overall, the project seeks to achieve realistic and sustainable outcomes typical of quality youth work: increased awareness, improved competences, and strengthened participation at local level, clearly aligned with Erasmus+ KA152 priorities and reflecting learning from the previous evaluation.
