The project aims to empower young women, including those with fewer opportunities from vulnerable and remote communities, by developing key personal, social, digital and civic competences. It supports their active participation in social and democratic life and facilitates their integration into the labour market by addressing real social and educational barriers. Through non-formal learning, mentoring support and a sustainable virtual community, the project fosters self-confidence, leadership, critical thinking and proactive engagement, encouraging participants to transform ideas and local challenges into concrete community initiatives with long-term impact.
