Our primary objective is to upskill 9 key staff members in "Placemaking," "Digital Storytelling," and "Green Entrepreneurship" to close our internal skills gap entirely. We aim to translate these European competencies into a localized "Rural Resilience" curriculum. Institutionally, we seek to transform Youth Dynamics from a standard youth center into a permanent "Rural Innovation Hub," capable of mentoring 50+ local adults annually in launching sustainable, digitally-enabled businesses.
Youth Dynamics in Agros faces a critical "rural digital divide." Our 2025 "Rural Readiness Audit" revealed that 80% of our staff lack the technical competence to teach modern "Green Entrepreneurship" or "Digital Branding" to local adults. This skills gap prevents us from supporting residents in digitizing traditional livelihoods, fueling a severe brain drain. We applied for this project to urgently import EU best practices and transform our NGO into a resilient hub against rural obsolescence.
