The objective of the project is to strengthen the autonomy, active participation and pre-vocational learning of adults with disabilities through high-quality learning mobility activities. At the same time, the project aims to support the professional development of staff and improve educational and support practices, enabling the organisation to offer more inclusive, sustainable and meaningful learning experiences.
The organisation applied for this project in order to enhance the quality of adult education it provides to adults with disabilities, by offering meaningful learning experiences beyond the local context. Through participation in Erasmus+, it aims to strengthen learners’ autonomy, active participation and pre-vocational learning, while also further developing the practices and skills of its staff.
