Through this project, we aim to strengthen the skills and specialisation of our staff, introduce innovative and inclusive educational methods, and improve the inclusion of adults with disabilities. At the same time, we seek to enhance their vocational education and employability, supporting their transition into the labour market through modern, digital and environmentally sustainable approaches.
Our organisation works in the field of adult education for people with disabilities and faces a lack of modern and specialised educational approaches. At the same time, there is a need for continuous professional development of our staff and for the integration of innovative pedagogical and digital tools. Through the Erasmus+ programme, we aim to improve the quality of our services and to create a more inclusive and effective educational and social environment.
