Objectives

We aim to strengthen our staff’s skills in community‑music facilitation, intercultural collaboration, elder engagement, digital learning, and community outreach. The project will help us adopt more inclusive, flexible methods for adults of all backgrounds, increase participation in our ensembles, improve access through hybrid tools, and build stronger community connections.

Background

We applied for this project to strengthen our teachers’ skills in inclusive, community‑based music education and to better support the diverse adults we serve. Our classical‑trained staff need new methods to engage hobby learners, elders, migrants, and multicultural groups. Erasmus+ mobility will help us adopt participatory, intercultural and digital practices and improve the quality, accessibility, and impact of our programmes.
