Objectives

We aim to strengthen internal education capacity, develop clearer learning pathways for CHWs, expand non-formal education for healthcare professionals and students and enhance inclusion of learners with fewer opportunities. We also aim to deepen European cooperation. Across all objectives, we seek to strengthen facilitation and organisational learning, improve accessibility of learning formats and ensure sustainable, inclusive non-formal adult education.

Background

AIDS Solidarity Movement delivers non-formal adult education through CHW trainings, workshops for healthcare professionals and university students and learning activities mainly for LGBTQI+ and migrant communities. Our small team holds multiple roles and has limited access to structured training in facilitation and organisational learning. We applied to strengthen internal capacity, improve CHW learning pathways, expand professional training content and deepen European cooperation.
