The project aims to: • Strengthen staff skills and knowledge in innovative pedagogical methods. • Improve the quality of educational programs to better meet the needs of all learners, especially those with fewer opportunities. • Transfer European good practices to the organization, enhancing learner engagement. • Develop European-level collaboration networks for experience sharing. • Ensure the sustainability and continuity of results.
The organization EDUCULTURE is applying for this project to strengthen the skills of its staff and improve the quality of the educational programs it offers to students/ adults, particularly those with fewer opportunities. Participation in Erasmus mobility activities will allow the staff to become familiar with innovative pedagogical approaches, European good practices, and experiential learning methods, as well as to acquire digital and AI-related skills.
