This project is guided by 5 main objectives: 1. Increase the digital competencies and awareness online (over threats and other information-related challenges) of staff 2. Increase the sustainability, environmental and social responsibility knowledge of staff 3. Develop and upskill staff's research competencies 4. Enhance the organisation's internationalisation strategy, related activities, and networking 5. Develop staff's corporate, management and communication skills
This project will help us to tackle education & training gaps driven by EU values, technology and demand for digital, sustainable skills. It aligns with our goals in providing quality trainings, fostering lifelong learning and inclusivity by firstly boosting our staff’s capabilities through obtaining competencies from experts from abroad, secondly, boost our learners’ knowledge by participating in relevant trainings and thirdly by aiding us to enhance our connections and international strategy.
