We aim to give students from our rural area access to work experiences they cannot find locally. Through international mobility, they will gain insight into large organisations and learn modern, high‑quality techniques. We also aim to strengthen their skills in line with current technological and sector trends. With mobility training and Europass certification, students—especially in hospitality—will improve their employability and competitiveness.
We applied for this project because our rural location limits students’ access to modern hospitality practices and large professional environments. Mobility gives them exposure to advanced European techniques, real workplace experience, and opportunities to develop essential skills. It also supports personal growth, boosts confidence, and enhances employability through international cultural and professional learning.
