Through this project, we aim to achieve the digital and inclusive modernisation of our vocational education and training provision. Our objectives are to upgrade staff competences, develop a blended VET model, strengthen cooperation with the labour market, and align learning outcomes with European standards, for the benefit of adult learners.
The Executive Education Centre applied for this project to support the digital and inclusive modernisation of its vocational education and training provision. The growing demand for digital and entrepreneurial skills, together with the need to strengthen links with the labour market, requires a more flexible and inclusive VET model. The Erasmus+ project will enhance the quality and internationalisation of programmes for the benefit of adult learners.
