This project aims to empower youth workers by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and methodologies needed to effectively use sport and physical activity as tools for promoting active participation, inclusion, and social integration among young people, particularly those facing fewer opportunities. By strengthening the competences of youth workers, the project seeks to achieve long term improvements in youth engagement, well being, and community cohesion through inclusive and value based sport approaches. 1. Promote the concept of Sports for All and a healthy lifestyle by exploring and advocating inclusive sport and physical activity principles, highlighting their role in youth work as tools for fostering well being, teamwork, mutual respect, and social cohesion. 2. Facilitate the inclusion of young people facing fewer opportunities by enabling youth workers to develop practical strategies to reach, engage, support, and integrate young people from diverse social, economic, cultural, and geographical backgrounds, ensuring equal opportunities for participation. 3. Deepen the understanding of inclusion and teamwork in youth work practice by providing youth workers with a solid foundation in inclusion values and principles, and by exploring how teamwork based sport activities foster belonging, cooperation, trust, and active citizenship. 4. Explore the link between youth work, training, and sport for inclusion by examining how youth work training activities can be designed to integrate sport and physical activity as tools for acceptance, social interaction, and positive group dynamics. 5. Strengthen competences in organising quality youth work through sport based methodologies by developing youth workers’ ability to design, implement, and evaluate engaging and inclusive sport based programs that support mental, emotional, and physical development while promoting fair play and cooperation. 6. Exchange sport based methods for youth work by sharing good practices and learning diverse methodologies that can be adapted to different contexts, benefiting both mainstream youth groups and young people facing social and economic disadvantages. 7. Address challenges in implementing sport for inclusion by providing space for discussion on cultural, social, organisational, and logistical barriers, and by identifying practical solutions while fostering intercultural understanding and cooperation. 8. Adapt sport based methods for non formal education and inclusion by enhancing youth workers’ capacities to modify activities to ensure accessibility, safety, and inclusiveness for young people with diverse abilities, needs, and backgrounds. 9. Develop local and national workshop plans by supporting participants in collaboratively designing follow up activities and local initiatives that apply the methodologies learned during the training in their own communities. 10. Build a community of youth trainers and workers by establishing a sustainable network for cooperation, exchange of good practices, and mutual support, ensuring the continued use and long term impact of sport based approaches in youth work. The achievement of these objectives will be assessed through a clear evaluation framework using measurable indicators, including the number of youth workers trained at national level after the mobility, the number of inclusive sport based activities implemented locally, participants’ self reported improvement of competences, and the reach of dissemination activities through digital channels. Through these outcomes, the project will contribute to the personal, social, and physical development of young people, ensuring meaningful, inclusive, and transformative learning experiences through sport.
