She4Sea On Board aims to close the gender gap at the critical transition from maritime VET training to first on-board employment. The project will develop and pilot a structured support system for young women entering seafaring careers, combining a scenario-based readiness toolkit, a mentoring pathway, employer engagement tools and guidance resources for VET educators. Outputs will be validated across four European maritime countries and designed for replication beyond the partnership.
