The project aims to strengthen the professional competences of PRAHO! project staff in working with adult learners, volunteers, and communities through job-shadowing focused on participatory public-space practices. It seeks to improve inclusive volunteer engagement and facilitation skills, gain insights into long-term participation models, translate learning into a short methodological guide, and test selected approaches in a small-scale non-formal pilot activity in Prague.
As PRAHO! project has grown from local interventions to city-wide and EU cooperation, the need for structured professional learning within the core team has increased. Through this job-shadowing mobility, we aim to strengthen our capacity to work with adult volunteers and communities and to learn how participatory public-art practices can support dialogue, care for public space, and long-term engagement. The Danish context offers experience that can be transferred into improved local practice.
