The project aims to strengthen the professional, intercultural and digital competences of staff to better respond to the needs of adult clients, particularly migrants with low literacy or language barriers. Through job shadowing, participants will learn new methods of counselling, communication, motivation and digital inclusion. This will improve the quality and effectiveness of our services.
Most pro o.p.s. supports adult clients, especially migrants, who face language, cultural and digital barriers. Their needs have recently become more diverse, and staff increasingly deal with complex situations requiring new methods, inspiration and a new perspective. The project aims to learn from experienced organisations abroad, compare practices and strengthen staff competences in supporting adults with fewer opportunities.
