By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the skills and competences of our staff, especially in non-formal and creative adult education. We want to adopt innovative teaching methods, enhance inclusion and diversity in our activities, and promote environmental sustainability. At the same time, we seek to improve the quality and attractiveness of our programs for participants, foster intercultural dialogue, and expand our international collaboration and experience.
We decided to apply this project to support the sustainability of our organization through participation in the Erasmus+ program and international cooperation. We have long felt the need to strengthen the competencies of our staff and adopt innovative methods of non-formal and creative adult education. At the same time, the project will allow us to promote inclusion, diversity, and sustainability and improve the quality of our programs for the public.
