The aim is to develop the competences of lecturers in intergenerational learning, facilitation of change and prevention of ageism, to acquire practical methods and tools for working with adults 50+ (tandem learning, reverse mentoring, work with motivation, etc.) and to transfer these experiences into the practice. The project also supports active aging, lifelong learning and the development of key adult competencies, strengthens inclusion and enables the transfer of proven foreign methods.
The project aims to develop the competences of trainers in intergenerational learning, facilitation of change and prevention of ageism, which cannot be systematically acquired in the Czech Rep. Job-shadowing abroad will allow experience with proven methods, practical tools and inclusive approaches for education of older adults. The aim is to transfer this knowledge into the practice, increase the quality of education and streighten the cooperation with employers, community and general public.
