The aim of the project is to improve the quality, accessibility and inclusiveness of adult education in our organisation. Through international mobilities, we will strengthen the digital and professional skills of our team, introduce modern teaching methods and better support disadvantaged adults, including survivors of domestic violence and refugees. The project will also increase learners’ motivation, confidence and openness to diversity in the Moravian-Silesian region.
We applied for this project because we work with disadvantaged adult learners and see a clear need to modernise adult education, strengthen digital skills and gain international experience. We operate in the Moravian-Silesian Region, where many people have limited opportunities to travel and limited contact with other countries. The Erasmus+ project will allow us to gain new know-how, learn from international good practice and transfer these experiences into our daily work with target groups.
