By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen the professional and pedagogical competences of our teaching team, modernise our teaching practices, and integrate up‑to‑date methods from partner institutions in Germany and Austria. The goal is to improve the quality of German language teaching,support the internationalisation of our organisation, and develop long‑term European partnerships. The project will also contribute to the professional growth of staff and to fulfilling the institution.
Job‑shadowing in Germany and Austria will provide up‑to‑date methods, inspiration, and examples of good practice. The mobility will support internationalisation, programme modernisation, the development of partnerships, and open the way to further cooperation with similarly oriented institutions. At the same time, it will enable us to respond systematically to the needs of the region and offer higher‑quality educational services to the public.
