The project has two objectives: - to improve the quality of adult teaching methodology, especially in online and blended learning, personalisation, syllabus design, learner motivation, and the use of digital tools and AI; - to improve the quality of course management and client service, especially in course planning, communication, evaluation, and feedback. We will achieve this through training courses and job shadowing, embedding new practices in daily teaching and back-office processes.
Threshold Training Associates has a long-term focus on quality and innovation in adult language education. Our clients’ needs are constantly evolving, while digital tools, including the use of AI, are developing rapidly. We therefore aim to strengthen the competences of our key staff through international mobility activities that will enable us to gain concrete methodological and organisational practices from European education providers and integrate them into our day-to-day operations.
