The project aims to systematically develop staff competences in lifelong learning, gain new methods and inspiration from international practice, and apply them in the organisation’s educational activities. The insights will support the modernisation of courses, the development of micro‑credentials and the improvement of adult education. The project will strengthen cooperation and enhance quality.
ICV responds to the evolving needs of adult learners and to new requirements for quality, flexibility and relevance in lifelong learning. The emphasis on modern methods, recognition of learning outcomes and micro‑credentials increases the need for staff development and transfer of international experience. The project strengthens quality, innovation and ICV’s international dimension.
