Objectives

The aim of the project is to develop professional competences of students of the Civil Engineering study programme in the areas of design, CAD/BIM, architecture and fieldwork, while simultaneously strengthening practical skills of students of the Carpentry vocational programme, including traditional craft techniques. The project also aims to enhance students’ language, digital and organisational competences and to develop teachers’ professional and language skills.

Background

Secondary Technical School Pardubice educates students in technical and craft fields for employment and further studies. The project aims to restart international activities after a previous interruption and to strengthen the quality of vocational education. International work placements will enable students to gain hands-on experience in real working environments, develop professional and language competences and transfer European approaches into everyday teaching practice.
