The project aims to develop students’ professional and practical skills through two international mobilities in Spain and Poland in real work environments. The project also includes job shadowing for teachers in Poland, focused on new technological processes and teaching methods. Another objective is to strengthen the school’s international cooperation and to develop professional, language and intercultural competences of all participants.
Our school educates students in information technology and electrical engineering for a rapidly evolving labour market. The key need is to gain up-to-date professional experience from foreign companies that apply more advanced technologies and work processes than those commonly used in the Czech Republic. International mobility is a key tool for improving the quality of teaching and transferring new professional knowledge directly into vocational subjects and practical training.
