The aim of the project is to enhance the quality of students’ practical training, their language skills and independence and prepare them for work in a multicultural environment. The project also supports teachers’ professional development, particularly in aesthetic and physical education, through job shadowing in innovative nursery schools abroad. The acquired outcomes will be used in the founding and development of our own nursery school, subject teaching and supervision of students’ practice.
Secondary Pedagogical School Čáslav has more than 50 years of experience in educating future teachers. We filed this application to respond to current challenges in education, particularly in bilingual education and work in a multicultural environment. The project will enable us to innovate students’ practical training, gain inspiration from abroad and systematically transfer modern pedagogical approaches into teaching, school curricula and the preparations for founding our own nursery school.
