The project aims to improve education quality by strengthening teachers’ digital competences in healthcare education. At the same time, through a structured international experience, it will increase students’ self-confidence and their ability to respond in nursing practice to patients from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, supporting innovative teaching and an inclusive school environment.
Our school repares students for healthcare professions in a rapidly changing environment shaped by digitalisation and increasing demands of professional practice. The project aims to systematically strengthen staff digital competences while offering students a safe international experience that enhances motivation, self-confidence and readiness for future employment in a multicultural context. We see Erasmus+ as an opportunity to improve teaching quality and support the school’s development.
