The project will strengthen learners’ clinical training and communication competences in healthcare VET. Staff job-shadowing in Greece, Türkiye and Slovakia will bring know-how for simulations/VR, scenario design and objective assessment. Six group mobilities to Germany, Greece, Türkiye and Slovakia will develop clinical skills and communication in multicultural settings. Results will be embedded in curricula via standardised scenarios and shared rubrics.
SZŠ a VOŠZ Plzeň apply for the project because of the need for safer, repeatable training of clinical situations and stronger communication with patients facing language barriers, including work with interpreters. Job shadowing and learner group mobilities will transfer proven simulation and VR practice, produce scenarios and rubrics, and embed them in teaching and placements with measurable impact.
