The main goal is to strengthen vocational competencies through technologies in Greek companies, focusing on work-based learning. We aim to develop skills that complement theoretical teaching while improving language proficiency and confidence. Comparing Czech and Greek work habits will bolster students' European identity and their ability to adapt to international professional environments.
We are applying to provide students with hands-on experience with EU technologies they currently only know online. Erasmus+ motivates our vocational and diploma students to develop professional skills and overcome language barriers. We aim to integrate these experiences into our teaching to modernise local training, align with European trends, and boost our graduates' competitiveness.
