Objectives

This project aims to systematically develop the technical, language and personal skills of mechanical engineering students through international mobility and to better connect school education with real working practice. The project intends to increase student motivation, support modern forms of vocational education and training, and improve students’ employability in the labour market. The project also aims to support teachers in improving their teaching methods, working with modern technology.

Background

The project responds to long-term needs of the school and the regional labour market. It focuses on mechanical engineering fields that are essential for the region, face declining interest among applicants and require strong technical and professional skills. Direct contact with modern industrial practice and technologies is crucial for quality vocational education but cannot be fully provided in school conditions. Therefore, international mobility is an effective tool to address these needs.
