The project aims to modernise vocational education. Experience from abroad will help us integrate sustainability into theory and practical training, strengthen teaching in electromobility, IT networks and industrial automation, and enhance the prestige of vocational programmes. Mobilities will develop students’ practical skills, teachers’ pedagogical skills and the language competences of all participants. Proven practices of our partners will be embedded in daily school life.
The application was submitted because of the need for organizational changes towards sustainability and the integration of resource efficient principles into the everyday school life. At the same time, we aim to bring our teaching to real practice (in the fields of electromobility, transport, and IT) and to support students with disadvantages. We also want to improve the quality of German language teaching. Based on our previous experience, Erasmus+ could be an effective tool that can help.
