Objectives

This project aims to enhance the readiness and motivation of students with special educational needs for entering the job market, boost their self-confidence, and support their skills development. It will improve the inclusive environment, promote new teaching methods, tools, and technologies, and enhance the quality of education. Additionally, the project will support the professional growth of our teachers and provide inspiration through collaboration with European schools.

Background

The project responds to challenges in educating students with special educational needs, particularly difficulties entering the labor market due to limited job opportunities, low self-confidence, and lack of motivation. Educators feel the need to draw inspiration from European schools facing similar challenges. New methods and approaches are needed to adapt teaching to students' individual needs, implement modern methods, and create an inclusive and safe environment.
