The aim of the project is to strengthen students’ professional competences in nursing and patient care through international placements, improve their language proficiency, and enhance their employability. At the same time, we seek to modernise the teaching of vocational and language subjects by transferring innovative methods, digital tools, and insights from partner schools into practice. The project will also contribute to the long-term development of the school’s international cooperation.
Our motivation for applying is to modernise vocational education, expand practical training beyond regional cooperation, and improve students’ language proficiency. We also aim to systematically integrate modern healthcare trends into teaching and to strengthen international partnerships. In addition, we seek to strengthen students’ motivation for a healthcare career through international experience and to support the professional development of teachers in innovative methods and digital tools.
