We want participants to have demonstrably mastered working procedures and technologies used in electrical engineering, energy and ICT after the mobility and to be able to apply them safely in practice. They will document the knowledge they have gained in an e-portfolio and we will transfer it to teaching in the form of updated tasks. At the same time, we will strengthen professional communication in a foreign language and set up a unified system of planning and recognition of learning outcomes.
We are submitting an application because we are the only school in JMK that educates students and adults in the field of energy and we need to respond quickly to the shortage of qualified workers in the field. We will use mobility to Spain and Germany to verify and develop professional practices in practice, strengthen language and intercultural readiness, and transfer proven solutions to teaching so that graduates are better employable on the national and European labor market.
