The main goal of the project is to support the personal development of young people through activities that help them better understand themselves, their values, and abilities, while learning to actively respond to social pressures and diverse situations. During the project, participants will learn to recognize and reflect on the influence of social, cultural, and media factors on their behavior and decision-making, and strengthen their ability to express their opinions and positions authentically, even when facing peer pressure or uncertainty. They will also develop critical thinking and the ability to verify information, including distinguishing facts from misinformation, and learn to respect diversity, including different opinions, life experiences, and cultural or social backgrounds, while enhancing empathy and open communication in an international context. The project supports not only individual growth but also participants’ ability to collaborate in international teams, communicate effectively, and adapt to different social situations. Participants will be able to apply the skills and knowledge gained in their own environments, for example through organizing activities, workshops, or community projects, and will broaden their worldview, better understand social inequalities and challenges, and contribute to positive change in their communities. A key part of the project is reflection and evaluation, which allows participants to become aware of their progress, analyze their experiences, and set further personal and professional goals. The action project combines theory with practice, develops creativity, initiative, and responsibility, and simultaneously brings tangible benefits to the community, particularly for children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. Overall, the project fosters young people’s personal, social, and civic competencies, their critical thinking, empathy, open communication, and active participation in society.
