Objectives

The project Call Talent will be a youth exchange that combines outdoor and sport activities, digital creativity, and intercultural sharing to support young people’s well-being and equip them with competences for their future. It will involve minors aged 13–17 from Czechia, Romania, Albania, Estonia, Georgia, with a special focus on those with fewer opportunities. The exchange will address pressing challenges such as stress, sedentary lifestyles, limited access to creative learning, and a lack of opportunities for young people to share their voices internationally. The main goal is to support mental health and well-being through sport and outdoor activities, while equipping participants with digital creativity and storytelling skills to become ambassadors of healthy lifestyles who inspire their peers. From the perspective of youth work practice, the project has the following objectives: Strengthen resilience and teamwork: through an eco-hike, sports circuit, treasure hunt, cooperative games, and mindfulness in nature. These activities will foster not only physical well-being but also cooperation, responsibility, and solidarity. Develop digital competences and creativity: by producing short videos, photo stories, brochures, and youth-led campaigns using tools like Canva, social media platforms, and Badgecraft. Participants will gain practical skills they can continue using after the exchange. Foster intercultural cooperation and inclusion: by engaging in mixed-nationality teamwork, cultural afternoons, and informal evenings, ensuring that diversity becomes a strength. At least 80% of participants are expected to report stronger intercultural awareness in the final evaluation. Encourage reflection and learning-to-learn: through structured daily reflection groups, linking experiences to Youthpass competences. Every participant will complete a Youthpass certificate validating at least three competences, ensuring learning is visible and recognised. Create long-term impact: by supporting participants to design and disseminate digital campaigns promoting healthy lifestyles. After the exchange, each participant will commit to at least one follow-up activity in their school, youth centre, or community, reaching at least 100 peers per partner country. The Preparatory Visit will play a key role in ensuring that these objectives are realistic and achievable. Leaders per country will review the programme, check the venue and safety measures, and adapt activities to participants’ needs, ensuring the exchange is well-prepared and youth-centred. The partnership ensures both quality and diversity. Tvořivá dílna IRIDA (Czechia) provides expertise in coordination, digital creativity, and outdoor education. AES (Romania) contributes sustainable pedagogy, mindfulness, and nonviolent communication. Youth4Society (Albania) brings strong experience in inclusion, human rights, and civic engagement. MTÜ IZUM (Estonia) supports minority youth and offers expertise in creative and mental health activities. Greenland (Georgia) adds valuable experience in outdoor education, ecological awareness, and eco-art, co-organising the Eco Hike & Nature Challenge and enriching the environmental dimension of the programme. Together, the consortium forms a balanced team with complementary strengths, ensuring the exchange is inclusive, innovative, and impactful. Call Talent will not only provide a supportive and inspiring mobility but will also ensure lasting impact. Participants will return home with stronger resilience, digital skills, and intercultural understanding, ready to share their experiences and act as role models for healthy lifestyles and solidarity across Europe.
