The aim of the project is to strengthen the professional competences of youth workers from Most pro o.p.s. and to contribute to improving the quality of their everyday work with young people. The project responds to current challenges faced by youth workers in practice, in particular those related to changes in the digital environment and their impact on the lives of young people. Through the international mobility of youth workers, participants will develop their professional skills, gain new perspectives and inspiration from the practice of a foreign host organisation, and strengthen their ability to reflect on and further develop their youth work practice. The project focuses on non-formal learning and job shadowing as key tools for the professional development of youth workers. From the perspective of youth work practice, the project aims to support a sensitive, high-quality and reflective approach to working with young people, including young people with fewer opportunities. The experience gained through the project will be transferred into the organisation’s daily work and will contribute to the long-term development of youth work at local and regional level.
