This project strengthens the participation of young people (18–30) in decision-making regarding sustainable transformation in their environments (dorms, apartments, community events). The core is structured dialogue: mixed teams map a local problem, work with simple data (baseline and measurement), prepare feasible proposals, and discuss them directly with relevant decision-makers (building management, schools, municipalities). The output is not just pilot steps, but clear recommendations where follow-up and the assumption of responsibility are agreed upon. The project removes feasibility barriers by offering a safe testing framework, mentoring, and managed implementation support with clear rules and impact measurement. Main goals: (1) strengthen democratic competencies (co-decision, negotiation, working with stakeholders and data), (2) deploy 9 youth-led pilots with measurable outputs, and (3) provide transferable templates and procedures for schools, municipalities, youth NGOs.
