The project aims to achieve measurable improvements in staff competences at the Integration Center for Women and Families. It will strengthen inclusive, arts-based teaching competences of 3 educators by 65%, increase sustainability-related skills by 50%, and improve digital storytelling competences by 45% through courses and training. In addition, 13 teaching staff will enhance inclusive and sustainable practices by 50% through job-shadowing, ensuring lasting organisational impact.
FrauFam applied for this project to strengthen its capacity in inclusive, non-formal adult education for women with migrant backgrounds facing linguistic, educational, and socio-economic barriers. Identified needs included limited staff access to innovative arts-based, sustainable, and digital methodologies. Erasmus+ mobility offers a structured opportunity to enhance staff competences, improve educational quality, and embed learner-centred practices into the organisation’s regular work.
