Our objectives are: - Strengthen peace education by equipping educators and learners with strategic, skills - Enhance staff capacities to engage youth and marginalised communities - Build staff capacity to address racism, reinforcing inclusivity, diversity, and intersectionality - Improve organisational and individual sustainability to support long-term engagement in peace education in contexts of uncertainty and crisis - Expand organisational and professional capacities
We applied for this project to respond to Germany’s and our current needs and challenges as an adult peace education organisation. -Strategic skills to counter division of communities in Germany for promotion of peace -Building bridges between generations for a cohesive democratic society -Bring anti-racism, inclusion, diversity, and intersectionality as central elements of peace education. -Strengthen resilience and leadership under crisis conditions -Opportunities for professional development
